The event featured Dr. Molly Brigid McGrath, who visited ����Vlog to explore the connections between education, freedom, storytelling and democratic life.

We recognize the sacrifices and service of those who have worn the uniform, including many members of the ����Vlog community, and we want to extend our deepest gratitude for their dedication, strength and sacrifices they’ve made in service to our country.

“I want my professional career to uplift those underserved communities in Chicago first and foremost," he says. "And ����Vlog was the obvious choice for my goals.”

The new and renewed federal grants from the U.S. Department of Education will strengthen academic, financial and mentoring support for first-generation and low-income students.
